Refund policy

  • Replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Returns or replacements are eligible only for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Refund: If your return is approved, we'll refund you via your original payment method. For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, we'll need your bank details.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Opened products, gift cards, personalized items, and items bought on sale, clearance, or through promotions are not eligible for return or replacement.
  • Company's Discretion: The company has the right to accept or reject complaints.
  • Delivery Acceptance: Check the product's condition at delivery. Damaged or tampered products should not be accepted.
  • Return Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping charges and any applicable taxes.
  • Cancellation: Customers can cancel orders before dispatch, refunds will be initiated within 4-7 business days and if the order has already been shipped, it can't be cancelled because our service partners charge us immediately after pickup.
