Where do you source your teas from?

  • We procure the finest teas from the various tea estates in different parts of India such as Darjeeling, Assam, etc. 

How should I store my tea?

  • To keep your tea fresh, store it in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from strong odours. Avoid refrigeration as it may cause moisture damage.

What packaging standards do you follow?

  • We follow very high quality packaging to preserve the freshness, aroma of the tea that you receive on every order. We ensure our tea does not come in contact with the moisture and air.

What is the shelf life of Baton Tea teas?

  • All of our teas at Baton Tea have a shelf life of 24 months from the date of packaging. Both the date of packaging and the expiration date are printed on the tea label.

 How much do you charge for shipping?

  • We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 is charged for delivery across India.

Do you have COD delivery?

  • Yes, we do have COD delivery.

How do I make payment for my order?

  • We support the following payment options:

How long do you take to deliver?

  • Usually, we dispatch the products within 1-2 business days of receiving the order. Delivery time takes 4-7 business days once the order is shipped. 

Can I cancel my order? 

  • Yes, you can cancel an order as long as we haven't packed it for you. As soon as the order is canceled, we refund the entire amount paid for the order. You can cancel your order by simply writing to us at help@batontea.com or by contacting us at +91 90152 41647 before dispatch.

How long would it take me to receive the refund?

  • It takes up to 4-7 working days to make the refund to your account.
