- Replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
- Report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Returns or replacements are eligible only for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Refund: If your return is approved, we'll refund you via your original payment method. For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, we'll need your bank details.
- Non-Returnable Items: Opened products, gift cards, personalized items, and items bought on sale, clearance, or through promotions are not eligible for return or replacement.
- Company's Discretion: The company has the right to accept or reject complaints.
- Delivery Acceptance: Check the product's condition at delivery. Damaged or tampered products should not be accepted.
- Return Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping charges and any applicable taxes.
- Cancellation: Customers can cancel orders before dispatch, refunds will be initiated within 4-7 business days and if the order has already been shipped, it can't be cancelled because our service partners charge us immediately after pickup.
