How to Brew Slimming Tea (Loose)

  • Boil water in a kettle or pot at a temperature of around 180-200°F (82-93°C).
  • Add 1 teaspoon of tea leaves in it.
  • Let the tea steep for 2-3 minutes.
  • Strain the tea leaves.
  • Optionally, add honey or lemon for flavor.
